Every order is inspected and spotted before it leaves the studio to ensure your screen is ready for printing. Please review file specs as it is the customer's responsibility to submit files in the proper format. Once screen is ready I will follow up by email/phone to confirm pickup. Please call for larger or custom sizes.

Fees Include: coating, film, exposing, and final spot check.
Customer Screens: must be free of all ink residue & tape. If they need to be reclaimed select prep and reclaim fee for payment.

Screens: aluminum frames are constructed with 6063, T5 Alloy and stretched by CCI 2000 highly solvent-resistant glue, low-elongation and high stability white mesh.
Ulano 925 WR Emulsion: diazo-photopolymer emulsion that creates completely water resistant stencils that are very durable.
Film Transparencies: waterproof inkjet positive film specific for the screen printing industry.

Image Rights: please review the Image Rights policy as it applies to all screen prep orders.
Fabric: printing light inks on dark fabrics I recommended 110 mesh. For printing dark inks on light fabrics I recommended 160 mesh.
Paper: 180 mesh works well all around.

Please inspect your screens before leaving Ink Lounge as once screens leave the studio they cannot be returned or refunded.
